Someone PLEASE tell me why everyone waits until the last minute to begin homework?  I spent most of my evening last night trying to explain math problems over EMAIL!!!! How is that even supposed to work?  Then, I woke up this morning with students begging me to help them before class today, when the homework is due.  I have class until 10pm tonight, there is no way in hell I am coming in early...

Oscars Recap.
I’m so glad that The Artist won so many awards tonight.  All the awards were well-deserved.  To be able to create an amazing silent, black and white movie is an amazing feat.  Especially now that we use flashy, action shots and voices to convey ideas.  And, can we talk about how Meryl Streep’s acceptance speech made me cry?  It was such a beautiful speech and she is such an amazing...
